KRM Realty, Inc. was originally eatablished for the purpose of managing single-family and attached single-family housing. Throughout the years, as the company developed they also developed a strong program for the sale of residential property of all sorts.

  In 1994, another company sought out and purchased the rights to manage the hundreds of properties that were under contract to KRM Realty, Inc. At that time, Mr. Isaacs started a new company, KRM Management, Inc. which is active today.

  During the years, Mr. Isaacs also became involved in apartment management and sales and has been involved in the sale of numerous multi-million dollar properties in the Tallahassee area.

  Before the State of Florida required licensing of Community Association Managers, Mr. Isaacs began managing local condomimiums and townhome communities and more recently, he has added single-family residential communities to the list of communities that KRM manages.
